Conditions¶
Standard 5E conditions are repeated (abbreviated here where unchanged from core 5E): Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Grappled, Incapacitated, Invisible, Paralyzed, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained, Stunned, Unconscious. The compendium also adds or modifies the following.

Bleed¶
At the start of the turn, lose 1 HP. Moving or attacking deals more bleed damage.
Crouched¶
- Base speed reduced to ½ (round down).
- Creatures beyond 5 ft suffer -2 on ranged attacks against a crouched creature.
- Standing from crouch costs 5 ft of movement.
Exhaustion¶

Major Bleed¶
Like Bleed, but 1d4 damage per instance.
Slowed¶
- Movement halved (rounded down, min 5 ft).
- Auto-fails DEX saves.
- Attacks against it have advantage.
Shaken¶
Stress damage condition with 5 levels.

A creature suffers all effects up to its current level. Stress damage heals over rest. See Damage Types.
