Conditions

Standard 5E conditions are repeated (abbreviated here where unchanged from core 5E): Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Frightened, Grappled, Incapacitated, Invisible, Paralyzed, Poisoned, Prone, Restrained, Stunned, Unconscious. The compendium also adds or modifies the following.

Bleed

At the start of the turn, lose 1 HP. Moving or attacking deals more bleed damage.

Crouched

  • Base speed reduced to ½ (round down).
  • Creatures beyond 5 ft suffer -2 on ranged attacks against a crouched creature.
  • Standing from crouch costs 5 ft of movement.

Exhaustion

Level Effect
1 Disadvantage on ability checks
2 Speed halved
3 Disadvantage on attacks and saves
4 HP max halved
5 Speed 0
6 Death

Major Bleed

Like Bleed, but 1d4 damage per instance.

Slowed

  • Movement halved (rounded down, min 5 ft).
  • Auto-fails DEX saves.
  • Attacks against it have advantage.

Shaken

Stress damage condition with 5 levels.

1 Disadvantage on INT, WIS, CHA ability checks
2 Disadvantage on INT, WIS, CHA saves
3 Disadvantage on all initiative checks
4 Disadvantage on STR/DEX checks and saves
Broken Disadvantage on all attacks and CON checks and saves

A creature suffers all effects up to its current level. Stress damage heals over rest. See Damage Types.
